A vintage red silk damask gypsy costume skirt and matching headpiece.  The full floral silk damask skirt is embellished with blue velvet and metallic sequined border. The waist has a hook-and-eye closure. The matching headpiece is bordered with a metallic and sequin border and plentiful faux gold coins. It has a felt under-cap. A costume piece from the mid 1900s.
