services or information;
- provide customer services;
- offer new products and services;
- measure and improve the effectiveness
of our Web Sites or our marketing endeavours; and

number, and e-mail address. You can always choose not to provide us
with any of your personal information. However, if you make this choice
we may not be able to provide you with the product, service, or information

Your Implied Consent
In some cases, your consent is implied if we ask you
to provide personal information with a stated purpose. For example, we

your address, email address and phone number.
Your Express Consent
In other cases, we will ask you to give your express

out" of having your information used for this purpose. For example,
at your request you may be added a " Wanted/Search/Wish List" in
which case we would notify you if we find a certain item that you
collect.
Withdrawing Your Consent
If you have asked us to be put on a "Wanted/Search/Wish
